I’m Sheila Porter—Georgia native, educator, mother of three, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and founder of She2Fit. For years, I dedicated my energy to taking care of everyone else—my students, my children, my family. But somewhere along the way, I stopped showing up for myself.
Like so many women, I spent years trying to stay active with at-home workouts, but it was easy to put myself last: too tired, too busy, too much on my plate. I kept telling myself I’d start “tomorrow.”
That all changed in 2022, when I made a life-changing decision—I hired a personal trainer. That one step shifted everything.
Having someone to hold me accountable helped me break through excuses and build real momentum. But more than physical changes, what I found was a new mindset. I tapped into strength, resilience, and confidence that flowed into every area of my life. For the first time in a long time, I felt in control of my story.
Now, through She2Fit, I’m here to help other women do the same. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back on track, or looking to level up your wellness journey, I want you to know: it’s never too late to invest in you.
