Welcome to She2Fit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and expectations for using our website, services, and coaching programs. By accessing or using any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide fitness and wellness coaching through:

  • Virtual Training: Live sessions conducted online.

  • One-on-One Training: Personalized sessions conducted in-person.

  • Monthly Custom Workout Plans: Tailored fitness programs based on your individual goals, fitness level, and preferences. Designed for those who prefer to workout independently.

All training and programs are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of engaging in exercise.

3. Health Disclaimer

Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program. You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your health and safety. We are not liable for any injuries or health conditions that occur during or after participation in our services.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

  • If we must cancel or reschedule, we will do our best to give you advance notice and offer a makeup session.

5. Custom Workout Plans

Custom workout plans are a standalone service designed for individuals who prefer to work out independently but still want expert guidance. These plans are created by She2Fit based on the information you provide—your goals, fitness level, equipment access, and lifestyle.

You will receive a structured, personalized program to follow on your own, without live or one-on-one coaching. It is your responsibility to follow the plan as outlined. Plans are non-transferable and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All services must be prepaid. We accept PayPal, Venmo, credit cards, and Zelle.

  • Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect existing packages or sessions already purchased.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, custom plans, or services delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to workouts, videos, guides, and written plans, is the intellectual property of She2Fit. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share content without express written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (health details, contact info, payment data) is handled with care. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how your data is collected and used.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in our training programs or use of our website. You participate at your own risk and agree to release She2Fit from all liability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to services if these Terms are violated or if we determine that participation is no longer appropriate for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
